First Light

So, I picked Urlang (with Racket) so that I could re-use my old stuff from Robot Finds Kitten 2000. 

I figured it would be pretty easy to just repurpose that engine (my first implementation of ECS!) for this project.  NARRATOR: It wasn't.

However, I did finally get it creating and dropping bricks. The camera and keyboard controls need to be worked out, but I'll get there.
